Blake Peterson enters his third year with the Quakers in 2025, and his first season as Associate Head Coach.

Peterson's pitching staff allowed the fewest walks in the HCAC in 2024 at 165. The Quaker starting rotation tossed five complete games in 2024, and recorded 201 innings. As a staff, the Quakers had a 1.58 K:BB ratio.

In 2023, Peterson's starting rotation recorded a 4.95 ERA with seven wins and four complete games. In total, the Quaker pitching staff recorded 270 strikeouts with a 6.75 ERA.

Peterson's playing career took place at Luther College (2012-2016). While at Luther, Peterson earned Pitcher of the week twice in the 2016 season as well as being named to the all conference team. Peterson earned national recognition by being named 2nd team all region by Rawlings and the ABCA. Peterson is the Luther college single season record holder for shutouts (3) and is 2nd in strikeouts for a single season (74). 

Peterson joins the Quakers from Southwestern community college where he served as the interim head coach for the 2021-2022 season. 

Peterson currently resides in Richmond, Indiana.
