Dan Wilcher was named to the Earlham baseball coaching staff on August 14, 2023.
Wilcher comes to EC from Butler University where he was an assistant coach for the Bulldogs for one season. Prior to Bulter, Wilcher coached at Iowa Western Community College, where the Reivers had a 99-24 record with him on staff.Â
Originally from Carlisle, Ohio, Wilcher played for three seasons at Huntington University, and spent one as a volunteer assistant coach after injuries ended his playing career early. He then went on to begin his coaching career as a graduate assistant at Greenville University.Â
