Joel Kennedy joined the EC coaching staff prior to the 2027 season. 

Kennedy comes to the Quakers after graduating from Manchester University in 2026. While playing for the Spartans, Kennedy was named d3baseball All-American three times, with a first team All-Region nod in 2025. Kennedy placed on the first team All-HCAC twice, and was named Newcomer of the Year in 2023. 

Kennedy currently resides in Mooreland, Ind.
