Earlham College

Matthew Rehfeldt begins his tenure at Earlham in 2024 after previously coaching at Kalamazoo University.

Rehfeldt was a part of the 2024 MIAA Championship staff, which oversaw a 30-win seasn by the Hornets. In 2024, 11 individual records were broken, with six all-conference players and one All-American.

Rehfeldt is a 2020 graduate of Olivet, where he was the team closer his junior and senior seasons. Rehfeldt earned MIAA Pitcher of the Week honors in March of 2020.
