In the 2021-2022 season, Coduto mentored one First Team All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic conference player (Andrew Bradley). Under Coduto's guidance, Bradley broke the school record in home runs with 15 big flys as well as being tabbed the national hitter of the week (April 3rd). The Quaker hitters kept to their running ways under Coduto's guidance as well as he led them to 2nd in the nation in stolen bases in 2021-2022. The Quakers would win their second HCAC tournament during Coduto's tenure and earn their 2nd NCAA automatic birth where they competed in Lynchburg, Virginia.

The offensive and infielders coach, Coduto mentored four First Team All-Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) infielders in Matt Barger, Eric Elkus, Cody Krumlauf, and Brennan Laird during Earlham’s memorable 2017 season, as well as HCAC Player of the Year Nate Lynch. The Earlham offense finished 29th in NCAA Division III in scoring (7.8 runs per game) while leading the country in stolen bases (155). In addition, Coduto helped head coach Steve Sakosits lead the Quakers to the NCAA Division III Tournament for the first time.

Coduto came to Earlham from Birmingham-Southern where he served as an assistant coach since August of 2014. Coduto managed all aspects of the Panthers’ infield play and the short game. He was also an assistant hitting coach, assistant recruiting coordinator, assistant strength & conditioning coach, and first base coach.

Birmingham-Southern finished with a program-best 39 wins in 2016 and appeared in the NCAA Division III Tournament. Coduto was a part of two Southern Athletic Association (SAA) regular season championships as well as an SAA Tournament title in 2016. The Panthers finished seventh in NCAA Division III in hits (558) and second in double players turned (55). He coached 13 All-SAA honorees, eight All-South Region players, and two All-Americans.

Coduto was a four-year letter winner at North Park University where he led the Vikings to back-to-back Collegiate Conference of Illinois and Wisconsin (CCIW) championships and an appearance in the NCAA Division III Tournament in 2012. Coduto was honored with First Team All-CCIW honors twice and Division III and ABCA All-Central Region honors in 2014. He also earned ABCA/Rawlings Regional and National Gold Glove honors at second base.

A 2014 North Park graduate, Coduto majored in psychology. Coduto currently resides in Richmond with his wife (Morgan), daughter (Joy), and dog (Ernie).
