After a record-breaking career as a player for Earlham, Mitchell Roether transitioned to a roll in the EC Coaching Staff.
Roether broke the career home runs record in the 2026 HCAC Tournament with his 27th career long ball. Roether posted a career OPS of 1.084 with 132 RBI and a .343 batting average. Roether earned All-HCAC honors three times, including a first-team nod for the HCAC Regular Season Champions in 2026.
Roether has previously coached for the 15u Midland Premier as an assistant.
Roether currently resides in Beavercreek, Ohio with his spouse, Gabby, and daughter, Adalynn.
