Brian Bennett, a two-time Earlham graduate, is in his first year as an assistant for the Quakers.
His primary duties include scouting, filmwork, and assisting with gameplanning.
Bennett has more than a decade of coaching experience at the high school level, including spending five years as the associate boys basketball coach at Richmond High School. Bennett also worked as a varsity assistant at Randolph Southern, Alexandria, and Madison-Grant High School - where he helped the school to the 2015 Class 2A Elite Eight, the best postseason finish in program history.
Bennett is a 2005 Earlham graduate where he earned a B.A. in English and was a letterwinner for the basketball team. He returned to Richmond in 2010 to begin work in Earlham’s MAT program, graduating in 2011. Bennett currently works full-time as an English and journalism teacher at Richmond High School.
Bennett, who also has a masters degree from Northwestern University, resides in Richmond with his son, Stone.
