Earlham College

    Sage comes to Earlham from Fennville, Michigan, where she attended nearby Saugatuck High School and became deeply connected to both small-town communities. Known for her strong positioning, speed, and relentless effort, Sage has been playing soccer since she was five—introduced to the game by her parents and guided throughout her journey by supportive high school coaches who helped shape her development and push her toward college soccer. She looks up to players like Sergio Ramos and Cristiano Ronaldo for their presence and passion, and she shares that same love for a game that thrives on instinct, connection, and unpredictability.
At Earlham, Sage plans to study Exercise, Health and Sports Studies while embracing the chance to grow both on and off the field. She’s most proud of how far she’s come in building her confidence and stepping outside of her comfort zone—both as a player and a person. Known for being outgoing, friendly, and supportive, Sage is excited to make new friends, take on the responsibilities of college life, and be part of a team that already feels like home. Her core values of respect and consistency are rooted in her experiences across many teams, and she brings those qualities with her as she starts this next chapter.
