Erin Warvell joined the Earlham women's basketball staff ahead of the 2022-23 season. Prior to joining the Quakers, Warvel was an assistant at Baldwin Wallace University where she helped lead the Yellow Jackets to two NCAA Sweet 16 appearances. While at BW, the squad also won two Ohio Athletic Conference Championships, and made the conference championship game in a third season.
Warvell earned a Master's of Education, specializing in athletic coaching from North Central University in 2020.
A former student athlete, Warvell played basketball and tennis at Marietta College for three seasons each.
She currently resides in Richmond.
