Earlham College

    Reyna joins the team from Zanesville, Ohio, where her journey in soccer began 15 years ago when her mom signed her up as a toddler. Though she’s tried other sports like softball and dance, soccer stuck—and it’s been her passion ever since. A goalkeeper with a calm, steady presence and a strong voice on the field, Reyna credits her first goalie coach for helping her find her position, and her father for being the most impactful figure in her athletic journey. From learning the rules to driving hours across Ohio for camps, he’s been a constant source of support and motivation. For Reyna, the thrill of the game—the unpredictability, the constant learning, and the challenge—fuels her love for soccer.

At Earlham, Reyna plans to study Media and Communications while becoming part of a tight-knit community that drew her in from the start. She’s looking forward to the independence of college life, building new relationships, and continuing to grow as both a player and a person. Known for her positivity, patience, and strong work ethic, Reyna takes pride in being coachable and doing the right thing—even when no one’s watching. She’s also incredibly proud to be the first in her family to play a collegiate sport, and we’re thrilled to have her as part of the program.
