RICHMOND, Ind. — The Earlham College women's tennis team finished the 2009 portion of its schedule on Sunday with a 7-2 loss to Franklin College.

Rebecca Ogle and Alex Softness posted the victories for the Quakers in singles on the EC Courts.

Ogle won 6-3, 6-1 over Heather Pasek at No. 2, while Softness beat Chelsey Gott 6-1, 6-2 at No. 4.

The Quakers (3-2) are slated to begin play in 2010 against Indiana University-Southeast at home on Feb. 27.
