FRANKLIN, Ind. â€" The Earlham College women's tennis team dropped a 9-0 decision on Saturday in a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference match at Franklin College.

The tightest contest of the day with the Grizzlies (5-1, 5-0) was at No. 1 doubles where Claire Welsh and Vesta Davis fell 8-5 to Chelsea Howell and Melissa Sanders.

Earlham (2-4, 1-4) faces Capital University Sunday afternoon on the EC Courts at 2 p.m.
