INDIANAPOLIS, Indiana – The Earlham College women's tennis team's historic 2017 fall season came to a close with a 5-0 loss to Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference (HCAC) Tournament quarterfinal match on Friday evening.

The Fightin' Engineers, the No. 3 seed for the tournament, won all three doubles flights 8-0. Rose-Hulman won third singles 6-0, 6-0 and clinched the match at first singles as Anna Thompson beat senior Arrita Domi 6-0, 6-1.
