HOW IT HAPPENED

Trailing by one point, 15-14, after the first 10 minutes, Earlham opened up the second quarter with a 9-0 run, including seven points from senior Amy Weisner, to take the lead. After another 9-0 run later in the frame, the Quakers went into the halftime break with a 37-25 lead.

Anderson outscored Earlham, 13-8, in the third quarter to narrow the gap, with the Ravens' Hannah Hawkins netting six of her 10 points during the frame. However, the Quakers still emerged from the third quarter with a 45-38 lead.

Earlham still held the lead as late as the 2:40 mark of the fourth on a jumper from Weisner, giving the Quakers a 51-47 advantage. Anderson's Lexi Dellinger responded with a 3-pointer at the other end of the floor. A pair of Dellinger foul shots following a Weisner foul with 1:24 remaining put the Ravens into the lead, continuing Anderson's 9-0 surge to end the game.

Anderson went 12-for-12 at the line in the fourth quarter, including a 10-for-10 mark by Dellinger, to clinch the win.

That effort was part of the Ravens' 20-for-24 performance on the day at the charity stripe. Earlham was whistled for 17 fouls during the game - eight of those coming in the fourth quarter, including six in the final frame while the Quakers held a lead. Earlham went 7-for-8 at the line on eight Anderson fouls.
