CINCINNATI, Ohio – Andrew Kersey's game-winning score in the 55th minute lifted Mount St. Joseph past Earlham College men's soccer, in a Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference clash on Saturday at Schueler Field.

Mount St. Joseph knotted the game at 1-1 exactly 21 minutes into the contest on Michael Abel's goal, assisted by Luis Martinez Velez.
The game remained deadlocked at 1-1 into the intermission, before Kersey notched the difference-maker barely 10 minutes into the second half. Earlham had three shots over the remainder of the contest, but none were able to get to the back of the Lions' goal.
Mount St. Joseph outshot Earlham, 16-7. Quakers keeper
Colin Kaurich recorded seven saves during the afternoon. MSJ keepers Nathaniel Chambers, Gustavo Gutierrez, and Matthew Hibbard combined for five saves on the day.
