RICHMOND, Ind. - It's two wins in a row to start the season for the Earlham College field hockey squad after as 3-0 victory over Concordia University on Saturday, Sept. 4.
Denise Bergdolt had a goal and two assists in the contest in Darrell Beane Stadium.
Guin Schalck scored the first goal for the Quakers in the third quarter at the 33:52 mark as Bergdolt assisted on the play.
In the final stanza, Bergdolt picked up her second score of the season at 49:26.
Kate Neal picked up the assist.
Regan Seeman scored Earlham's last goal at 52:25 with Bergdolt assisting.
For Schalck and Seeman, their goals were the first of the season.
The Quakers (2-0) entertain Concordia (0-1) with another contest on Sunday starting at noon.
