Box Score HANOVER, Ind. – The Earlham College women's tennis team continued its 2022-23 season with a loss at Hanover College 8-1 on Saturday.

Maddie Cherry swept her opponent at No. 1 single to win 6-0, 6-0. Alana Marie came up just short at No. 4 singles with a 6-4, 6-4 loss. 

"Maddie is playing her best tennis of the year and making very few unforced errors. Alana also played her best match of the year at No. 4 singles." Said head coach Todd Tucker. "I was proud of how the women competed today in a tough environment."

Next up on the slate for Earlham is Franklin College on Saturday. The match is slated to start at 10:30 am.
