ADRIAN, Mich. – The Earlham College men's lacrosse team continued its 2022 season with a 24-5 loss at Adrian College on Saturday.
The Quakers fell to 0-2 while the Bulldogs improved to 4-0.
Sam Sargent and
Elijah Gamber led the Quakers with a pair of goals and an assist each.
Adrian powered out to an early lead with five goals at the end of the first quarter. The Bulldogs added four more early in the second before Sargent put Earlham on the board.
Emmitt Shaughnessy recorded 25 saves in goal in the loss.
The Quakers will be back in action on Wednesday as they welcome Heidelberg University to Darrell Beane Stadium for the men's lacrosse home opener. Start time is slated for 7 pm.
