ADRIAN, Mich. – The Earlham College women's soccer team began its 2022 season with a scoreless draw at Adrian College on Thursday afternoon.

Jenna Hoeh led the Quakers with two shots, and the senior put one on frame. Mollie Lyon also recorded a shot coming off the bench. 

Makayla Hurey played all 90 minutes in goal and posted nine saves to keep a clean sheet.

The Quakers were outshot 25-3 and trailed 6-1 in corner kicks. 

Earlham will begin its home schedule on Saturday against Eureka College at 5 pm in Matlack-Messer Stadium.
