Field hockey blanked at Denison

GRANVILLE, Ohio – The Earlham College field hockey team fell to Denison University 7-0 on Saturday morning. 

The Big Red took the lead in the fifth minute, and led 2-0 at halftime of the contest. 

Rachel Alma started the game, and collected 11 saves in the cage. 

The Quakers were outshot 31-0 on the day. 

Earlham will be back in action on Wednesday for its final game in Darrell Beane Stadium of the season against Transylvania.
