RICHMOND, Ind. – The Earlham College women's basketball team fell on day three of the Melissa Johnson/Hope Invitational 97-48 against Albion College.

Alexis Gibson both scored 14 points on the afternoon, with Gibson leading the Quakers in rebounds with nine. As a team, Earlham was 31.3% on field goals.
After staying in stride with the Britons during the first quarter, the Quakers were outscored 30-8 in the second frame of action. Albion then had a 36-19 advantage in the third quarter.
The Quakers will be back in action next Saturday at home against Hanover College to begin HCAC action.
