Today in Quaker athletics we continue the fall season, and begin competition for some sports. With seven contests scheduled among five teams, its the first weekend of live competition for the Quakers.

MEN'S GOLF AT TRANSYLVANIA FALL INVITATIONAL

The men's golf squad begins its season at the Transylvania Fall Invitational in Lexington, Ky today at 8:30 am.

VOLLEYBALL AT ILLINOIS TOURNAMENT

The Quaker volleyball team continues play at the Illinois College Tournament after going 2-0 In competition yesterday. Today, the Quakers take on the hosts at 10 am CT, and Concordia Chicago at 12 pm CT.

WOMEN's TENNIS AT TRINE/MANCHESTER

The Quaker women's tennis team begins fall competition with two matches on Saturday. First, EC will take on Trine University at 12 pm, then the Quakers will battle Manchester University at 5 pm. 

FIELD HOCKEY VS CONCORDIA WISCONSIN

The EC field hockey team begins its season against Concordia Wisconsin at 11 am in Darrell Beane Stadium. The Quakers host Concordia as part of an opening weekend tournament with Oberlin, and Marian.

MEN'S SOCCER VS CINCINNATI CLERMONT

After defeating Concordia Chicago 2-1 in the opening round of the Quaker/Raven Classic, the men's soccer team battles Cincinnati Clermont today at 5 pm in Matlack-Messer Stadium for a chance to take the tournament title for a second straight year.
