Box Score ST. LOUIS, Mo. – The Earlham College women's tennis team competed in the ITA Regional Tournament, hosted by Washington University over the weekend.
Earlham had four players competing in the tournament.
Payton Dugan won the consolation final in the yellow draw with an 8-2 score. The freshman lost her first round matchup 8-2 before winning three straight in the consolation bracket.
Maddie Cherry picked up a round one win in the red draw, but fell to the top player in her bracket in round two.
Cherry and Dugan also picked up a doubles win in the consolation bracket over Transylvania University on Saturday.
Natalee McCann and
Elizabeth Hoff also saw action in the tournament.
The Quakers are set to travel to No.29 Washington and Lee University next Saturday for a 10 am contest.
