LEXINGTON, Ky. – The Earlham College women's basketball team continued its Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference slate on Wednesday with a 77-43 loss at No. 2 Transylvania University.
Abby Parsons continued her hot streak with 15 points and seven rebounds, both team-highs.
Berkley Shelton reached double-digits for the first time this season with 10 points.
The Quakers held the second ranked team in the country according to d3hoops.com to just nine total points in the second quarter of play. Earlham forced three turnovers and held the Pioneers to a 15% field goal percentage in the frame.
The Quakers will be back in action on Saturday at Mount St. Joseph University. The women will kick off a doubleheader against the Lions at 1 pm.
