RICHMOND, Ind. – The Earlham College men's soccer team earned a 1-0 win over Kuyper College off a goal from
Rhoi Phulusa on Saturday in Matlack-Messer Stadium.
Phulusa got sent on a short through ball by Nic WIlson in the 30th minute for an easy left-footer past the keeper. What was almost more impressive, was Phulusa's flip after the goal. Phulusa led the Quakers with two shots on goal for the day.
In goal,
Ryland Wamsley earned his first shutout win, while collecting six saves.
The Quakers continue play on Wednesday against Spalding University in Matlack-Messer Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 4 pm.
