RICHMOND, Ind. – The Earlham College men's lacrosse team fell to Beloit College 7-4 on Tuesday in Darrell Beane Stadium. 

Robbie Gift led the Quaker offense, scoring two goals on 10 shots. Ethan Upton led the back line with five caused turnovers and six ground balls. In his second career start in goal, Ryan Dolafi collected eight saves. 

After taking a 2-0 lead in the opening quarter, the Quaker allowed five straight goals by the Buccaneers in the first half. Following a Beloit goal in the third quarter, Gift caused a turnover on the faceoff, and took it straight for a score.

The Quakers continue play with a Spring Break trip to North Carolina, beginning at Brevard College on Thursday.
