The Hornets scored one run each in the fifth and sixth innings, before taking the lead in the seventh. Kalamazoo scored nine runs in the final two innings.
The Quakers host Asbury University on Tuesday evening in Sadler Stadium before heading off to Fort Pierce, Fla. for Spring Break. The Quakers play four games in four days before returning to Sadler Stadium to host Principia on March 15th.
