OLIVET, Mich. – The Earlham College men's soccer team drew even with the University of Olivet 1-1 on Saturday afternoon.
Levi Smith scored his first career goal to put the Quakers up 1-0 in the 27th minute of play. Smith and
Orin Gentner led the offense with two shots each.
After trailing at halftime, Olivet tied the score on a goal in the 64th minute.
The Comets led 12-8 in shots, but the Quakers put seven of eight shots on target.
Ryland Wamsley tallied eight saves in goal.
The Quakers host Wilmington College on Tuesday for the Quaker Bowl Rivalry game in Matlack-Messer Stadium.
