YORKTOWN, Indiana –
Izzy Flint (FY, West Lafayette, IN) broke a school record that stood for seven years. Flint posted a +20, 79-85 – 164 breaking the previous record of 36-hole score to par by four shots. The score of 164 also ties the record for low score 36-hole score. The previous record was held by Emma Wilkins in 2018 and equaled by Hannah Toresdahl in 2019.
The Randy Sadler Invitational hosted by Earlham at the Players Club at Woodland Trails in Yorktown, was the site of the tournament. Five Quakers shot their season best at the event. Including Flint,
Erin Wright (So., Muncie, IN),
Rylie Kellams (FY, Alexandria, IN),
Taylor Oberjohann (FY, Harrison, OH), and Mary Kaitlyn Bauer (FY, Oklahoma City, OK) all had personal bests.
Macey Shetler (FY, New Madison, OH) competed in her first collegiate tournament.
