RICHMOND, Ind. – For the ninth consecutive year, the Earlham College baseball team has been recognized by the ABCA with the Team Academic Excellence Award. 

Each year, the American Baseball Coaches Association honors high school and college baseball teams who post a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher. This year, nearly 500 college programs received the award.

The coaching staff posted on social media following the announcement,

"We are incredibly proud of our players for maintaining a cumulative GPA over a 3.0 during the academic year. This milestone marks an impressive 9th consecutive year the program has earned the ABCA Team Academic Excellence Award."
