DELAWARE, Ohio — The
Earlham College field hockey team opened the North Coast Athletic Conference portion of its schedule with a 6-0 loss at
Ohio Wesleyan University on Wednesday.
Ohio Wesleyan scored four times in the first half and twice in the second period. The Bishops led 32-0 in shots and 8-1 in penalty corners.
Earlham goalkeeper
Emma Treece had 11 saves for the Quakers.
The Quakers (2-1, 0-1) return home for a match against
Oberlin College on Saturday. The NCAC match begins at 2 p.m.
