Box Score OBERLIN, Ohio — The Earlham College field hockey team finished its season on Saturday with a 3-1 loss at Oberlin College.

Oberlin (7-11, 4-10) scored three times in the first half, while the Quakers scored in the second period of the North Coast Athletic Conference contest.

Diana Ainembabazi (Kampala, Uganda, Li Po Chun UWC) had Earlham's goal at 49:14 with an assist from Kate Birdsall (Georgetown, ME, Morse ). It was her team-leading fourth goal of the fall.

Earlham goalkeeper Emma Treece (Kettering, OH, Kettering Fairmont) had 11 saves for the Quakers.

Saturday also marked the end of the careers of seniors Rhea Bovee (Lindhurst, IL, Lake Forest) and Zipporah Burns (Beachwood, OH, Orange ).

For the season, the Quakers were 2-16 overall and 0-14 in the NCAC.
