RICHMOND, Ind. — After a tight first half on Saturday, the Earlham College field hockey team was defeated was Ohio Wesleyan University.

The Bishops (3-3, 2-2) scored three times in the second half of the North Coast Athletic Conference contest, on their way to a 4-0 win at Darrell Beane Stadium.

Earlham goalkeeper Helen Titcomb (East Sandwich, MA, Sturgis Charter) had nine saves for the Quakers.

The Quakers (0-7, 0-6) return to action on Wednesday at Transylvania University. The non-conference match starts at 4:30 p.m.
