Box Score CHAMBERSBURG, Pa. — The Earlham College field hockey team concluded its first road trip of the season on Sunday as the Quakers defeated Wilson College 1-0 in a non-conference contest.
After a scoreless first half, Kaitlyn Brunner gave the Quakers their lead with a goal at 50:06 with an assist from Tara Burns.
In picking up its second straight win, Earlham had a 10-4 advantage in shots over Wilson (1-3) and an 11-3 margin in penalty corners.
Helen Titcomb had a pair of saves for the Quakers in goal.
The Quakers (2-0) return home on Friday to face Kenyon College. The North Coast Athletic Conference match in Darrell Beane Stadium gets underway at 4:30 p.m.
