GREENCASTLE, Ind. — The Earlham College field hockey squad battled with No. 15 DePauw University on Wednesday and fell 5-0.

After a scoreless first half, the Tigers (8-1, 4-1) had five goals in the second period of the North Coast Athletic Conference match.

Megan Hut led the Quakers with three shots. Hut and Sam Bielanski each had a defensive save.

Earlham goalkeeper Brynna Foreman had 22 saves for the Quakers.

The Quakers (0-8, 0-5) are back in action on Saturday at Wittenberg University. The NCAC contest starts at 11 a.m.
