CRAWFORDSVILLE, Ind. â€" The Earlham College men's tennis team opened its season on Wednesday on the wrong side of a 7-2 score at Wabash College.

Vitalii Stadnyk won at No. 1 singles for the Quakers against the Little Giants (6-2) with a 5-7, 6-4, 6-3 decision over Daniel Delgado.

At No. 2 doubles, Gleb Babikov and Vojislav Tatarevic outlasted Delgado and Kirill Ivashchenko 8-6.

The Quakers (0-1) return to action on Saturday at DePauw University. The non-conference affair begins at 11 a.m.
