GREENSBORO, N.C. – On Wednesday, the American Baseball Coaches Association (ABCA) announced the winners of the 2022 Team Academic Excellence Award. Of the nearly 700 teams that were recognized, the Earlham College baseball team made the list for the fifth consecutive year. 

The ABCA has bestowed the award to programs with a team GPA of 3.0 or higher for the academic school year since 2016.

The Quakers concluded their 2022 season with an overall record of 26-13. After capturing the program's second HCAC Championship since 2017, the Quakers competed in the Lynchburg NCAA Regional where they were eliminated by Salve Regina University.
