RICHMOND, Ind. – The Earlham College athletic department is excited to announce Collin Tolsma as the next head women's lacrosse coach for the Quakers. Tolsma will immediately begin recruiting for his first season leading the Quakers in 2026.

Previously serving as assistant men's coach, Tolsma led the offense to a program record 8.8 goals per game. Multiple offensive players hit program records this season, with Robert Gift being the first Quaker to earn first team All-HCLC honors as an attackman.

The women's lacrosse program will aim to return to play in the spring of 2026 with a competitive roster.
