RICHMOND, Ind. – After careful consideration and consultation with the campus community, Earlham College Athletics has discontinued the women's varsity lacrosse program.
Since the program's inception in 2018, the Quakers earned two trips to the Heartland Collegiate Lacrosse Conference (HCLC) post-season tournament in four seasons of competition. However, the program was paused in 2022 due to low participation.
Women's Lacrosse Head Coach Collin Tolsma will return to his previous position as assistant men's lacrosse coach immediately.
Earlham remains committed to supporting a successful men's lacrosse program, which just had its best record in program history and qualified for its second HCLC tournament.
