RICHMOND, Ind. – The Earlham College women's soccer team drew level with Hanover College in HCAC action on Saturday afternoon.
Diane Scalise scored her second goal of the season in the 61st minute of play with an assist by
Mallory Smith.
Hanover responded in the 81st minute with an equalizer, and held strong defense for the draw.
Scalise led the Quakers with two shots on the day.
Hannah Skene collected a career-high 13 saves in goal.
Earlham takes on Berea College on Tuesday at 7 pm, the Quakers need a win or a draw with the Mountaineers to secure the sixth seed in the HCAC playoffs and earn a postseason berth for the first time since 2012.
