Box Score RICHMOND, Ind. – The Earlham College men's tennis team took a narrow 4-3 loss to Transylvania University in HCAC action on Saturday afternoon.
Postponed for nearly three hours due to weather,
Dreek Saha and
Ivan Wularu led the charge at No.1 doubles with a 6-2 win to begin the event.
Shantanu Nagrath and
Jackson Swopes took a 6-1 win at No.2 doubles, and
Dev Agrawal and
Pedro Conci Rodrigues won at No.3 doubles 6-3.
In singles action, Wularu scored at the No.1 singles spot with a 7-5, 4-6, 6-2 result. Saha also nabbed a win at No.2 singles 6-2, 6-4. Agrawal went to a third set at No.3 singles, falling 5-7, 6-0, 6-1.
The Quakers continue play next tomorrow, hosting Wittenberg University for an 11 am start.
