RICHMOND, Ind. – Sophomore
Rhoi Phulusa lifted The Earlham College men's soccer team over Muskingum College with a 63rd-minute goal on Saturday in Matlack-Messer Stadium.
Phulusa was sent long by freshman
Sawyer Sheetz in the back line, and took a one-touch shot to the right corner for the score.
Phulusa and
Andre Moriel led the team in shots with two each. On the day, Earlham was outshot by the Muskies 11-5.
Ryland Wamsley collected three saves for his first win of the season.
Additionally, Phulusa and Sheetz were named to the Quaker/Raven Classic All-Tournament Team.
The Quakers will be back in action on Wednesday against Kuyper College at 4 pm in Matlack-Messer.
