CARMEL, Ind. – On Monday, the Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference named Jackson McFarland as this week's HCAC Hitter of the Week. 

McFarland led the Quakers in a four-game conference sweep of Rose-Hulman and Hanover this weekend. The junior posted a .636 batting average (7-11) with four home runs, eight RBI, nine runs scored, five walks and one steal. 

This is McFarland's first HCAC Athlete of the Week honor. 

The Earlham baseball team opened conference play this weekend 4-0 for the first time since 2022, The Quakers will take the field next weekend at Franklin College for a three-game series starting at 12 pm on Saturday.
