RICHMOND, Ind. – The Earlham College women's soccer team hosted Hanover College on Saturday for Senior Day in Matlack-Messer Stadium with a 4-0 loss.
The Panthers got ahead in the 2nd minute of play, and continued with a second goal in the 21st minute. After leading 2-0 at halftime, Hanover scored again in the 57th and 79th minute.
Earlham was outshot 17-6 on the day.
Diane Scalise and
Mallory Smith led the Quakers with two shots each.
In goal,
Makayla Hurey collected eight saves.
Prior to kickoff, the Quakers paid tribute to three seniors in their final home match of the 2024 season. Hurey,
Quinn Doden and
Jadie Colvin were recognized for their contributions to the Earlham women's soccer program.
Earlham concludes its regular season on Wednesday at Bluffton University. Kickoff is slated for 3:30 pm.
