From 2010-2012, the Earlham women’s soccer team won three straight HCAC regular season championships with a combined 37-17-4 record.
Nine Quakers were selected for all conference honors in 2010. Jocelyn Keller was named Coach of the Year, and Karman Duchon earned Offensive MVP. Duchon along with Joy Doucette, Lauren Berry, Ikumi Doucette, Cate Simmermaker and Megan Holthaus were selected to the first team All-HCAC. Allie Zeller and Kelly Sprague earned second team honors. In 2011, Ikumi Doucette was named HCAC Offensive MVP. Ikumi Doucette, Joy Doucette, Cate Simmermaker and Kate Franks placed on the first team All-HCAC. Paige Thomas, Annie Frodeman and Kelly Sprague were honored on the second team. Joy Doucette was named HCAC Offensive MVP in 2012, and Shane Meridith was selected as Coach of the Year. Joy Doucette, Ryder Comstock, Ikumi Doucette and Paige Thomas were first team selections. Claire Murphy, Cate Simmermaker and Annie Frodeman were placed on the second team.
