Earlham College

Don Siler is the most decorated football player for Earlham since the Quakers joined the North Coast Athletic Conference in 1989. A punter and kicker for the Quakers from 1991-94, Siler was the only player from Earlham to earn a place on the NCAC All-Decade Team that was selected in 1994. He was an All-NCAC First Team punter three times and was an All-NCAC Second team choice once as a kicker. He also received the Earlham Special Teams Player of the Year Award in 1994.

Upon graduation, Siler held 11 Earlham football records and eight of those marks are still in the book. Siler has served as the President of E-Club since 2003 and currently is the Chief Marketing Officer of MRS Associates.
