Joy Doucette left a lasting impact on the Earlham College women’s soccer team with the program records in career goals and assists. A four-year member of the program, Joy helped lead the team to a 49-24-5 record with three HCAC regular season championships.
Joy was named first team All-HCAC three times and was placed on the All-NCAC second team her freshman year. In 2010, Joy ranked 19th among NCAA Division III leaders in total assists with 12. She tallied 11 assists in 2012 to rank 27th in total assists.
Joy was also selected as the HCAC Offensive MVP in 2012 after reaching 11 assists and goals.
Joy played alongside her sister, Ikumi during her four years at Earlham, and the two were both selected to join the Athletics Hall of Fame in the 2022 class.
