Earlham College

Thomas Vahey was a four-year cross country and track competitor for Earlham from 1973-77. In track, Vahey graduated as the Earlham record holder in the two-mile and three-mile steeplechase. He was a Hoosier-Buckeye Collegiate Conference champion in the steeplechase and received Earlham's George Van Dyke Outstanding Athlete Award as a senior.
