Fintje Lehman was a five-time all-conference selection spanning two sports, and was an Intercollegiate Women's Lacrosse Coaches Association (IWLCA) First Team All-American in 1993 as a senior. In women's lacrosse, she received First Team All-North Coast Athletic Conference (NCAC) honors in 1990 and 1993, and was a Second Team honoree in 1991 and 1992. Lehman set Earlham records with 149 career points and 28 career assists, and finished her career second among all-time goals leaders with 121. Her 51 goals and 62 points in 1993 ranked second among Earlham's single season leaders when the program was suspended in 2003. Lehman was a member of the Earlham women's soccer team in 1990, earning Honorable Mention All-NCAC recognition as a goalkeeper, and played field hockey in as a freshman (1989) and senior (1992). Lehman was the recipient of the George Van Dyke Outstanding Athlete Award in 1993.
