Karman Duchon was a three-time all-conference selection over her four-year women's soccer career at Earlham, and a three-time All-Region honoree from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA). She was the North Coast Athletic Conference Women's Soccer Newcomer of the Year in 2007 after scoring 13 goals with 11 assists for 37 points, on her way to first team all-conference and all-region accolades. She repeated as a first team all-conference selection in 2008 with 19 goals and nine assists. Duchon capped her career by leading Earlham to the 2010 Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference championship while earning HCAC Offensive Player of the Year honors, with a conference-leading 17 goals and seven assists for 41 points. She earned First Team All-HCAC and First Team All-Region selection as a senior, and finished her career as Earlham's all-time leader in goals (54), assists (33), points (141), and game-winning goals (14).
